WWII Mauser HSC Gun Holster used by US 222nd Infantry

Original WWII gun holster to fit a Mauser semi automatic HSC pistol as used by Nazi police. This holster was most likely captured by US forces as it bears the soldier’s name, ID number and infantry number on the inside flap.

It reads - SGT. D Bell 14152130

Regt. HO CO. 222 INF.

Overall good condition. The leather is smooth but bears some moderate wear overall, particularly on the front strap which shows cracking.
